Mayfly
Mayfly
In the summer, when the Mayflies circle above our heads, the light shines through their wings to create a delicate blaze of structure and color. Inspired by the beauty of nature, the Mayfly shawl is knit from the top down using short rows. The pattern is designed to be knit in two complementary or contrasting colors. However, for a motivated stash buster, the color options on this shawl are endless, because every stripe could be knit in a new color.
