DO YOU OFFER PATTERN SUPPORT FOR TELLYBEAN KNITS PATTERNS

Yes. We offer complimentary pattern support for all Tellybean Knits patterns. If you find that you need help with a pattern, please reach out to us at tellybeanknits@gmail.com.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY PATTERN AFTER MAKING MY PURCHASE.

All of our patterns are for sale as individual PDF downloads. PDFs are delivered digitally; you will NOT receive by mail a hard copy of a pattern purchased in PDF format.

Upon purchase, you will be provided with a “Download” button in your browser. Clicking on this button will automatically begin the PDF download to your computer (depending on your browser, you may be required to choose a “Save As” location for your new file).

You will also receive two emails. The first email will be an order confirmation, providing you with the details of your order. The second email will provide a link to download your .PDF pattern(s). When you click on this link, you will download the .PDF. The link to the .PDF download will expire 24 hours after you first click on the download link in this email.
